Looping is not affiliated with any governmental entity. Our application is designed solely to provide a convenient and user-friendly platform for its users. While we strive to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information provided, we cannot be held responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

Article 1 - Types of Data Collected

We collect only the data you agreed to share with us during your first use of the application, specifically your postal code.Connection data is also collected, such as the time spent using the application, and actions performed on the Looping app or website (e.g., searches via text, photo, or barcode).

Article 2 - Use of Data

Looping collects certain anonymized data such as your postal code, as well as usage data (waste searches, pictures to identify waste, time spent on the app, etc.) to improve its services.
As part of its activities, Looping may share, transmit, or sell this anonymized data to third-party companies, notably for commercial, analytical, or technical purposes.
By using the Looping application, you expressly consent to your anonymized data being shared or sold to third parties. You have the right to withdraw this consent at any time within the application. The withdrawal of your consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before this withdrawal.
Photos of waste containing one or more human faces are systematically deleted from our servers and are not retained.”

Article 3 - Access to Data

You may request access to the data we have about you at any time by contacting us via email. We will provide this information to you as soon as possible.

Article 4 - Deletion of Data

You can also request the deletion of all data we have about you. We will provide proof that your data has been permanently deleted.

Article 5 - Data Protection

Everything is done to protect your data in the most effective way possible to prevent any theft. You will be notified if any incident occurs.
Looping is committed to not disclose any data that directly identifies you to third parties. Partner companies are required to comply with the applicable data protection regulations.
